Canvas Tier 1 Support
Canvas provides 24/7 assistance via the Help Menu in your Canvas account. Login to Canvas using your access.caltech credential, open the Help or "?" icon in the left-most global navigation menu, and choose support via online chat or phone (we recommend calling to receive the most efficient service).
Canvas at Caltech
The Canvas at Caltech team, which consists of members of Academic Media Technologies (AMT), the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Outreach (CTLO), and the Registrar's Office, is available for any Canvas questions M-F, 8 am – 5 pm PT. Email [email protected] for assistance.
