Faculty Summer Short Course - Course Design
Join the CTLO for a two-day intensive workshop on course design. This short course is intended for faculty who will be teaching a new course OR who want to re-imagine an existing course. Open to new faculty as well as anyone currently teaching full-term courses at Caltech. Topics include: setting course learning objectives, creating assignments and assessments, using technology tools (Canvas, Gradescope, etc.), course grading models, and pedagogical best practices. Please plan to attend both days.
