Backing Up Course Data
It is prudent to occasionally back up data from your course.
NOTE: All data containing student information must be secured in a password-protected, Caltech-sponsored storage system (such as Box or Google Drive). Delete any files from your local computer after storage.
In Canvas
To back up your course content (posted syllabus, lecture notes, problem sets, etc.) - Create a course copy (only usable within Canvas)
To back up student submissions - Download all student submission for each assignment
To download all student scores - Export grades from the gradebook
